Winemaking Notes
2009 Pooley Coal River Pinot Grigio was fermented dry in tanks for the dry, crisp fruit-driven wine style that has proven to be a success for us over the past decade. This grape ripens early and, because of its simplicity and the style we are adopting, it allows us to bottle it early and to release it onto the market around October.
Every vintage of this wine sells out quickly.
